Compute negative log-likelihood for normal distribution based on the model outputs and measurements for a single condition.

Parameters:
  • measurements

  • modelOutputsScaled

  • sigmas

Returns:

Negative log-likelihood for the given measurements and simulations, assuming independently normally distributed noise
